Best Western Kom Hotel Stockholm

Although is a 3 star hotel, is renovated and we experienced staying in a new renovated rm. Location is a short walking distance to Radmansgatan metro ( 7 mins ), is perfect if you hv huge luggage and lift available. Breakfast was decent for most guests but vegan may hv slight issue unless able to consume eggs. Places of interests within reach either by walking to enjoy the surroundings or metro ( SL card advisable ) Nicklas at the front desk was very informative and friendly. Book early to enjoy better discount if you are looking for 3* hotel. I highly recommend !!!

It's conveniently situated near major attractions like Stockholm Central Station, the historic Old Town (Gamla Stan), and the bustling shopping district of Drottninggatan. Public transportation options, including buses and the subway, are easily accessible, making it easy to explore the city. Rooms: 3.5/5 The rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed. They offer a comfortable and cozy ambiance with amenities such as flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, work desks, and coffee/tea making facilities. The beds are particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Amenities: 4/5 The fitness center is well-equipped, perfect for maintaining a workout routine while traveling. The sauna was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast served daily was great, featuring a good variety of options including Swedish specialties. It was a wonderful way to start my day. Service: 4.5/5 The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions. The front desk is staffed 24/7, ensuring that help is available at any time. Special commendation goes to Bakary, whose exceptional service and attention to detail significantly enhanced my stay. His warm hospitality made a big difference. Cleanliness: 4.5/5 The hotel prioritizes cleanliness, with rooms, common areas, and dining facilities all kept in pristine condition. Housekeeping services are prompt and thorough, contributing to the overall positive experience of staying here. Value for Money: 4/5 Considering its central location, comfortable accommodations, and range of amenities, the hotel offers good value for money. While it might not be the cheapest option in Stockholm, the quality of service and convenience justifies the price.

Clean, comfy, quiet, warm - the bed was particularly comfortable compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Lots of lighting options in the room which made it feel very cosy in the Swedish winter. Room was very spacious especially for the price. Shower was warm and easy to adjust, big mirror over the sink helped the small bathroom feel bigger. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is central but off the main street so nice and peaceful, no traffic noise at night. Metro is close by, very quick to Central station or Gamla Stan, or you could walk in 15-25 minutes. I would have been very happy to stay for a few more nights.

Excellent location, 200m from metro station. About 20 min walk to the Old Town (Gamla Stan). There are several markets and restaurants very close by. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception. Room and bathroom a bit smaller, but had everything we needed. We had electric kettle and regular coffee and tea refills, iron, ironing board, ventilator. The room overlooked an inner courtyard, it was very quiet. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, towels changed on request. There are gym and sauna in the basement (05.30-21.30) and pool table in the adjoining building (till 22.00). Male/female saunas are separate, so they can be used even if you forget bathing suite. The breakfast was exceptional: eggs, hams, bacon, cheese, salads, fruits, pancakes, jams, oats, cereals, yogurts, breads, cakes, herring, meatballs.., we couldn't even manage to try it all during our four nights stay.

Hotel is a good walking distance from main tourist venues. There is a small car park available (at a fee) that you have to book in advance. Breakfast is nice and complete with enough food options for any taste. Room was clean and comfortable (we stayed at 9th floor, with a clean view over surrounding buildings). Bathroom and shower are ok and cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Room size (a double) was good and in the right size for 2 persons with 2 big luggages.
